Host a Private Workshop!
Planning a fun night with friends, family, or co-workers has never been easier! At Hammer & Stain Hot Springs, we make it simple to unplug, get creative, and make lasting memories. Every guest will leave with a custom, handmade project they’ll love.
How It Works:
- Pick Your Date & Pay Deposit: Submit your request and pay your deposit to reserve your spot.
- Choose your experience vibe
- Get Your Registration Link: We’ll create a private sign-up link for you to share with your guests.
- Guests Must Register Online: All guests must register by the deadline—5 business days before your event.
- If You’re Paying for Guests: We’ll provide a custom discount code. The final invoice is due 3 days before the event.

Deposit Details (Non-Refundable):
Please note: All deposits are non-refundable however your deposit will be returned to the person submitting the deposit via checkout code. This code will be given once guest start registering. If you cancel or reschedule within 2 weeks of your event, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at our discretion.
Private Workshop Details:
- Groups of 10+ receive private access to the studio for 3 hours.
- Groups less than 10 will have a table reserved and there will possibly be others in the studio as well but an assistant will be assigned to your group.
- Only registered guests may attend.
- No refunds for cancellations. If someone can’t attend, their project can be picked up as a kit or completed at the party by another guest.
